- Live there? Open the things-to-do hub and pick a mood: free, at night, rainy day.
- Hungry? The food and drink hub is sorted by dish and occasion.

How the guides are written
- Every entry is a real place we have been to, with the correct address and T stop.
- Hours and prices were accurate on the update date. When unsure, we say "check before you go".
- Nothing is sponsored. Places cannot pay to be listed.
- Admission, cover charges and cash-only are noted under each name.
FAQ
City guides: common questions
Which cities do you cover?
Boston, with guides to things to do, food and drink, neighborhoods and itineraries. More US cities are being written and will appear here when ready.
Who writes these guides?
People who live in the city. Every entry has an address and the nearest transit stop so you can actually get there.
How often are the guides updated?
Each page shows its last update date under the title. When we are not sure of a detail, we say check before you go.
Are the guides only for tourists?
No. About half are for people who live in the city: moving to Boston, making friends, things to do alone or on a budget. The rest are for visitors.
Do you accept paid placements in the guides?
No. Nothing is paid for. We only list places we would send a friend to, and we say when a place charges admission or a cover.
